The Honey Place and its affiliates provide our online shopping services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at The Honey Place, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future The Honey Place online shopping service or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with The Honey Place, whether or not included in the The Honey Place Web site, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business. By making an online purchase from The Honey Place you agree that you have read and agreed with all the terms and conditions.
We only accept orders for shipment to Australian residential addresses & private mailboxes (PO Boxes). Western Australia and Overseas shipping addresses will not be accepted.
Once you place your order, we will review it and put it through for processing. If we notice any missing information or anticipate any issues, we will get in touch with you to ask further questions. Otherwise the order should be delivered within 7 working days.
We do not accept orders shipped to international addresses from our online shopping cart.
Your payment is taken as you place your order so you will always be charged at the rate advertised at the time of ordering. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (goods and services tax) where it applies.
Product Delivery Restrictions
WA: Due to domestic quarantine restrictions, honey (runny or creamed) and honeycomb and beeswax products (including bee balm, lip balm and candles) are prohibited from entering Western Australia. Any product that contains greater than 5% honey as an ingredient is prohibited
TAS: Due to domestic quarantine restrictions, we cannot send honeycomb or raw beeswax into Tasmania. All other products may be shipped into Tasmania.
Only delivery to Australian residential, business & PO Box addresses are accepted (international shipping addresses are NOT accepted). Please phone our team prior to completing an online order if you wish to discuss further, or to arrange delivery to multiple addresses.
We use Australia Post, Fastway and other courier providers where necessary for delivery to all areas of Australia and aim to have your order delivered within 7 working days. To some regional parts of Australia, delivery can take longer.
During busy periods, Christmas, and in the event of public holidays, delays in delivery can occur due to the capacity of our transport providers and business holiday closures between Christmas and New Year. If you would like a pre-Christmas delivery, online orders must be received by the 11th of December to ensure you receive your order.
Please make sure that delivery address and postcode are correct as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided. Likewise, in the event of extreme weather or other events out of our control (e.g. civil actions, delivery vehicle breakdown etc) we cannot be responsible for any delivery delays.
We ship and track all orders via Courier or Australia Post and a signature is required upon delivery. If no-one is home at the time of delivery a card will be left explaining the options to either collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office if it is being shipped via Australia Post or to organise to have it redelivered it arriving via courier.
When ordering if you would like your delivery to be left in a secure place without the need for a signature you can specify this in the delivery comments section of the order. This acts as an “authority to leave” notification and The Honey Place cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to this delivery.
We accept payment online by PayPal, Visa or MasterCard. Your payment is processed via a fully authorised Payment Service which ensures that all your information remains totally confidential.
Payment is taken as you place your order and if the payment does not authorise successfully, your order will not be successfully processed. Please check that you receive not only a confirmation of your order but also a confirmation of your payment by email. If you have not received one of these, your order may not be placed successfully.
The Honey Place does not store nor process any Credit Card information.
The Honey Place retains all rights of ownership and possession of the goods until full payment has been received.
The Honey Place reserves the right not to accept or to cancel any order once accepted, without penalty. You too may cancel an order without penalty if we receive the notification prior to the order being dispatched.
We take great pride in the quality and condition of our honey and honey products and it should reach you in the best possible condition. When you receive your order if you are not happy with what you have received, please call us right away on 02 66556160 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavour to address any concerns as soon as possible.
The Honey Place is committed to providing quality products to all our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products, please contact our team on 02 66556160 within 7 days to discuss your return options with one of our friendly staff.
We are happy to provide an exchange where the product is faulty, unfit for the purpose intended or an incorrect size. In order to exchange you may be asked to provide proof of purchase so please retain all receipts issued to you. Where we agree to a product return, we will arrange free return delivery of the item from you and a replacement product from the same range to an equivalent value if the item purchased is unavailable for any reason.
Privacy & Your Information
We retain details necessary for successful fulfilment of your order and may use them for marketing purposes for example emailing or posting you information about seasonal offers. These include name, address, telephone number and email address of sender, and name, address, telephone number and email address of the recipient. We do not sell contact details to any other companies. We will never cold call you for marketing purposes. Credit card details are not retained after payment has been received.

Purchasing & Redeeming a The Honey Place Gift Voucher
The Honey Place Gift Vouchers can currently only be purchased online via the Website. Your The Honey Place Gift Voucher is valid for use for 36 months from date of purchase. Your The Honey Place Gift Voucher can be redeemed for product via the www.thehoneyplace.com.au website up to the amount of the card balance. Any credit redeemed is deducted from the voucher balance.
Where the price of the goods or services being purchased with a The Honey Place Gift Voucher exceeds the Voucher Balance, you must pay the amount exceeding the Voucher Balance by an alternative method, subject to acceptance of such alternative method by the Website.
The resale of The Honey Place Gift Vouchers is strictly prohibited, except with our prior written consent. Subject to our prior written consent, The Honey Place Gift Vouchers cannot be sold for more than the value of the credit which was originally loaded on to it. The Honey Place Gift Vouchers which are resold in breach of this clause will be invalid with the result that purchasers of such The Honey Place Gift Vouchers will not be able to use or Redeem the Card Balance on their The Honey Place Gift Voucher.
The use of The Honey Place Gift Vouchers is restricted to the purchase of standard retail quantities of The Honey Place products.
No re-loading of The Honey Place Gift Vouchers and no cash advances.
Credit may be loaded on to a The Honey Place Gift Voucher only once. Once the Voucher Balance of a The Honey Place Gift Voucher has reached a nil balance, it cannot be reused, re-loaded or re-activated.
You cannot obtain any cash advance with a The Honey Place Gift Voucher or Redeem (in whole or in part) The Honey Place Gift Voucher for cash.

You can check the Voucher Balance, Expiry Date and transaction history of your The Honey Place Gift Vouchers by our Website or contacting one of our Customer Relations team members on 02 66556160. To make any of the above enquires; you must provide the Online Store Credit code of the The Honey Place Gift Voucher.
Lost, stolen or damaged The Honey Place Gift Vouchers
We reserve the right to deactivate your The Honey Place Gift Voucher if:
(a) you inform us that your the Honey Place Gift Voucher has been lost, stolen or damaged; or
