Eucalypyus fibrosa,Red or Broad-leafed Ironbark sourced from appairies located Mid North Coast of NSW.
Flowing begins in late November/December and continues into February.
the honey is golden , of medium density, and a plesant flavour. it granualates (Candies) readily with a course grain.
